Events may be held at our venue, but are priced differently. * We are a family-owned and operated venue located on 10 beautiful acres with several unique spaces that are all included with all of our rentals: stocked 2-acre pond, palapa on the island, outdoor bar pavilion, open-air chapel, Old Western Town, gazebo, our rustic dance hall Lone Star Hall and our brand new modern farmhouse San Jacinto Halll. Lone Star Hall has tons of vintage signs on the walls to give it a unique dance hall feel. San Jacinto Hall is light gray shiplap with black accents, giving it a modern farmhouse feel. Our Old Western Town is complete with a bank, General Store, saloon, and jail/sheriff's office. String lights across the property ensure everything stays lit all night so that you and your guests can enjoy our entire property throughout your entire production. With our close proximity to The Woodlands (just 5 miles east of The Woodlands Mall), we are conveniently located near plenty of hotels, restaurants, shopping, etc. Activities that work well here include: •Movie Scenes •Films •Creative Projects •Photo Shoots •Sets •Scenes •Youtube Videos •Productions

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
