About the Space
A historic craftsman built in 1910 2 blocks from the beach. Beautiful coffered ceilings. Great location for a film/tv shoot or any social media productions. Big open house which can be used for filming or photoshoot purposes. 2 Story home with a detached garage. There is a front yard, side yard, and backyard space, it also has a balcony off the back side. Trucks over 20ft must get a permit. Recommended you use smaller cube trucks. The cleaning fee has changed to $250 (previously $175) due to extra precautions and following the CDC guidelines for disinfecting.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has additional space outdoors
