About James Oliver Gallery

This Center City gallery and event space regularly showcases art exhibitions featuring both national and international artists. Outside of our regular gallery operations, we host events such as weddings, holiday parties, birthday dinners, receptions, fundraisers, pop-up shops, and many other occasions. Our carefully curated selection of artworks, furniture, and signature arched windows makes for the perfect space to host a one-of-a-kind experience. Features of the space include, but are not limited to: • Gallery-quality lighting • Whitewashed walls, floors, & ceiling • Collection of Designer Chairs for Lounge • Small kitchen amenities; refrigerator, freezer space • Large windows (See below for a full list of our features & amenities) Main Gallery Room (permanent exhibition programming - there will always be a show up): -depending on the installation of the exhibition on view during your event, this space can seat 60 and accomodate an additional 30 people with standing room. Depending on exhibition schedule, an additional fee may incur if the renter wishes to use the Main Gallery Space in tandem with Boutique Rental Space for their event. Boutique Gallery/Back Rental Space (this is our exclusive space for rentals): -this space can accomodate 50 seats with an additional 20 people with standing room.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We sweep and mop on a very regular basis, we clean all surfaces ie furniture, table tops, chairs etc with aerosol disinfectant. Our sanitation process is streamlined to benefit both the guest and the host. We provide a clean and safe environment for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
