About the Space
Very private 2,300 brick and wood building with white walls, natural light and 11' to 14' high ceilings. Parking lot is around 6,500 with safe and secure parking for 30 cars. Inside bathrooms are only available for events with 25 people or less. For over 25 people, renter must pay for porta-potties and wash basin rental. Please note all rentals and decor are to be removed the same day of the event, unless authorized by mutual agreement. We have a very good and inexpensive source (i.e. 2 porta-potties + wash basin is $160).

Daniel’s space was very spacious for our baby shower. We hosted around 100 people. There was plenty of parking inside the gate as well as street parking outside. We didn’t expect to have a rainy day. But everyone was warm and dry inside. We definitely recommend this space!

Great space! He was very accommodating and easy to work with! I had to move my booking around a few times and he never gave me an issue! The day of my event the bathroom was not working! He made sure to get a plumber out immediately! And made sure everything was in working order before my guest arrived! I look forward to booking with him again!

This was a lot of space, there was a nice big parking lot as well. Property Management is fast at responding and communicates very well. They had brooms and mops for us to clean up after my baby shower and offer help if I needed it . I will definitely book again. Porter potties are suggested for more than 25 guests.
