About the Space

PLEASE NOTE** This listing has a $400+Fees minimum. Our studio, located in the rapidly changing Boston Landing section of Allston, is available for photo shoots, video shoots, product shoots and much more. The Boston Landing MBTA stop is literally outside the door, and we're right next to I-90 making it a quick ride to downtown Boston or the airport. • 12 Chairs • 2 Folding Tables •1 Round Table • 3rd Floor • Freight Elevator • Shared Restrooms • Full Kitchen • Coffee Bar • Ample Free Parking The studio offers a cozy atmosphere with client area, full service kitchen, and open layout for many uses. As well there is easy access to the freight elevator and three parking lots next to the building for use. We have a range of lighting and grip equipment that can be made available for additional fees. Please inquire directly about any additional items you may need.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No, I would not book again.

We rented the space for a video production that went on for four days. Communication was good and Adam was very accommodating of our needs. We had some issues due to unforeseen ambient noises, including roadworks, the building’s pipes, and rush hour traffic. Other than that, the space was exactly what we needed and we really appreciated Adam’s willingness to assist us when needed.

If only I could give 10 stars... Adam's space was perfect and his communication was on point. We were in Boston to shoot an interview for a documentary and our original location fell through 24 hours before we were scheduled to shoot. Adam responded quickly and worked with us to ultimately save the day. Also, the freight elevator is a HUGE bonus of this space. We'll be back for sure!
