SOUND LEVELS: The building works fine with most Loud Dance Music. However there are a few DJs that insist on harmful levels of sound. We reserve the right to control sound levels, and if necessary, shut down extremely loud DJs. If you plan on loud sound or dance music, please bring your own equipment. Great space with a variety of looks for our video production. Easy access to upper floor for gear and crew via a freight elevator. Our rental query was very short notice and we received a very quick response. Warren, our host, was hospitable and accommodating. Excellent experience all around.

What an incredible space! Every amenity imaginable! It is a beautiful building with incredible one of a kind features. Warren, the owner, is an extraordinary guy. Warren has a very unique place to have a party. We had our daughters wedding reception here and he was very accommodating to us. We had about 90 people and it was perfect space. Great stage for music set up and the kitchen worked well for our catering. If you are looking for a unique...somewhat eclectic place to hails an event, this would be it. The space was perfect for the Celebration of Life event we had. Multiple rooms provided some quieter areas away from the music and the kitchen worked great for our catering company. Warren was a fantastic host. He was there when we needed him but was not intrusive. We will definitely book this venue again in the future when the need arises.

Beautiful space. Very flexible layout, with plenty of character. Airy and bright without being boring. Warren is a gem of a host and was very helpful throughout. Worth keeping in mind that you need to station someone downstairs for guests since they need to be guided up to the loft. Would definitely book again.

The event space speaks for itself. If you want to host a cool party at a great venue with a huge amount of cool stuff and conversation starters, book! We had our company holiday party here and it was the perfect space. The most common compliment on the party was the actual place! Everyone LOVED it! Warren was a fantastic host! Happy to help us and always available when needed. I literally can't point out a single flaw. All our needs were met and then some. It was a memorable event, hugely due to this space.
