SOUND LEVELS: The building works fine with most Loud Dance Music. However there are a few DJs that insist on harmful levels of sound. We reserve the right to control sound levels, and if necessary, shut down extremely loud DJs. See also Rule #3 below. If you plan on loud sound or dance music, please bring your own equipment. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Center was big and nice but it’s also things that they don’t tell you for the amount of money your spending there is a guy that stays in your event the whole entire time the refrigerator was not clean an full with food already one of the host us very rude rushing to clean up I honestly would not book with them again due to the things I’ve stated.

The venue is very large . The venue Was not cleaned. The bartender at the event could not even store beverages in the refrigerator due it not being clean and sanitize . The host gave me a tour prior to event and showed me several rooms for my guest , it’s was awkward that the day of the party the host was occupying one of the rooms at the party . The kids who attended the event were very uncomfortable by a stranger no one seemed to know I had to ask him to leave the room and he did. I wouldn’t use this space again. For the amount of money you pay for the space it should be cleaned before hosting an event .

Warden isn’t a very good host I booked this event for my dad memorial and he harassed some of my family just there staring and watching us closing the windows and it was no air circulation whatsoever. He even told me “get these people out of here” when I booked until 9 he tried to make us leave a hour early. I loved the place but the host was just a bit to pushy our first time meeting was a week prior to the event and he spoke to me and my mom like we where just some random people, no type of professionalism!!! I WILL NEBER RENT HERE AND RECOMMEND YOU GUYS FIND ELSE WHERE
