About the Space

Almost every detail has been implemented to make any type of shoot safe and convenient. To avoid having unsafe cables on the floor, as our in-house lighting and extension cords can either be extended down from the ceiling to ground level or adjusted on the swing arms at either side of the Cyc. All of these details enhance the space, making the studio ideal for any midsize shoot. The studio’s ground floor entrance makes it easy to load/unload equipment and can accommodate any size truck. Within walking distance there are 20+ restaurants where your crew can dine or just relax after a long day of shooting. Studio Rules • Rental time includes load-in and load-out. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time. • Time extended after your reserved session will be billed at 1.5 the regular rate. • At no time are beverages allowed on the Cyc unless part of shoot and with prior approval by studio management. • The moving and use of any office furniture etc. is strictly prohibited • Use of any equipment, lighting or otherwise without authorization will result in a fee and immediate expulsion from the studio with no refund of any kind. • Studio management must be notified at the time of booking, should the use of shoes with pointed heels be required on the Cyc as part of the shoot. • Walking or placing equipment on the curves of the Cyc is strictly prohibited. Any damages to the Cyc will be assessed at the time of the shoot and billed accordingly. • Only the studio manager may adjust, remove or relocate all overhead studio lighting. Ignoring this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the studio without any refund. • Toxic aerosols and Fog machines are strictly prohibited • The use of any and all adhesives on the Cyc are prohibited • Glitter, Confetti, or any other material that will extend the cleaning time should not be used. However, if the material is required for the shoot an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your session. • Smoking any substance including e-cigarettes and Vapes are prohibited throughout the building • If vaping is in the shoot, all individuals must sign a waiver acknowledging the usage • No food on Cyc unless it is part of the shoot. Studio manager must be notified prior to reservation. * Shoots that involve children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children that are not part of the shoot should not be in the studio. The studio manager must be notified prior to the shoot if children will be on the premises.
