Our Studio is a flexible private event space located in the historic Old Rainier Brewery in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. Our beautifully private museum/studio space supports a wide range of table and chair configurations. If you’re hosting a formal wedding for 60 guests, no problem. We’ve got you covered. We’re also a great option for corporate events whether you need conference style seating or more informal cocktail tables. Our Studio can hold up to 150 for a standing reception, 90 for seated dinners and theater-style events. The main room has hardwood. It includes the lobby, main room, library and kitchen!
Client / Catering Team Responsible For: • Setup/Breakdown of Venue: Setting up and tearing down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the client/caterer (unless prior arrangements are made for our Studio Team to do setup and/or breakdown) and must be done within the rental timeframe. Checklist posted onsite. • Set-Up & Clean-Up of All Items Brought to Venue: This includes all food & beverage, decorations, signage, other personal items inside and outside the venue. Checklist posted onsite. Anything left behind will accrue a $50 fee for disposal. • Lost & Found: Venue is not responsible for any items left. It is client’s responsibility to check the venue for items left by guests. Any calls regarding left items will be referred to the client. • Decorations: o Only minimalist decoration allowed o No wall decorating or removing art from walls. Can make a request to the artist for changing of art from his collection o Any damage done to furniture, walls or ceiling due to decorations or their removal will be assessed a Damage Fee to fix/replace. o Glitter, confetti, petals and ballons of any kind are not allowed (or $250 charge). Tealight candles ok in containers that are at least 2x flame height. No open flames. • No Pets • No Dance Parties • Linens, flatware, cutlery, glassware, and all other place settings and serving items. We have linens and wine glasses to rent with prior arrangement. All other needed items will need to be brought in by client or their caterer.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
