All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Everything is better when you're on top of the world, gazing at the massive San Gabriel mountains. Add beautiful and comfortable designer furniture, bubbling fountains, and organic greens from the garden and your team will unstoppable! This is a special modern mediterranean place to truly find peace, inspiration and convenience (minutes from DTLA, Highland Park, Glendale and Pasadena). Treat yourselves to this gracious space and feel like you're on vacation while you work, celebrate or retreat. Plenty of street parking. Here are some details: Outside: Views, views, views! A huge, beautiful deck off of the house with: comfy couches that seat 10+, benches that seat 5-7+, a big table that seats 12+, 3 umbrellas. There are numerous other nooks and seating areas throughout the grounds, chairs can be moved to create meeting areas. Play Ping pong, bocce ball or destress with a punching bag. Stroll, contemplate and nibble in the giant organic garden with fruit and other mature trees. We have had parties of 100+ people. We also have a few foldable tables and table cloths that can be used. Inside: A sunny gourmet kitchen table seats 6-8, the den with television seats 6+, a dining room table seats 10, and there's a spacious living room in this open floor plan. There are other nooks for storage or seating. Restroom downstairs. We have had presentations and events with 75+ people all indoors. Light and views abound. Nearby: Take a hike in the city! Moon Canyon is just out the gate, the Sea View fire trail around the corner, Elyria Canyon down the street. Meditate in the meticulous and peaceful garden at the Self-Realization Fellowship down the road. Have food delivered from a fabulous Highland Park restaurant or pop down the hill for some of the best pizza in town. The oldest museum in Los Angeles, the Southwest Museum, is nearby as well as the Adobe House, Lummis House, and Heritage Square. Minutes from DTLA, Pasadena or Glendale. The Goldline stops at the bottom of the hill.

House rules are that there is no smoking. It is fine to bring in outside food or alcohol. No amplified sound after 10:30 p.m. Please recycle.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our event at Sky's the Limit! could not have been any better. No amount of pictures can truly exhibit how beautiful this space and location actually is. The view is tremendous. We had many comments from our guests about how amazing this space was. The caterer that Michele recommended was awesome. Thank you for that. Michele's husband Alec was so gracious and helpful and made our event so much more of a success. Thank you Alec for all your help. I highly recommend this space. Joe

I absolutely loved everything about this space. For one, Michele was so kind and supportive of my event. She was also very responsive. Images of this place are beautiful but being in this space is even more visually appealing and calming. It was perfect for to celebrate Latinx Therapy's anniversary with a live podcast recording! I definitely recommend!

The space and ambiance were perfect for what we wanted to do for our daughter's 1st birthday party. I'm so glad that our other space didn't work out because this place was perfect. Each of our guests were also in awe of the house and the view. However, one note is that it's a little confusing for some people to get to (about half our party got lost), so I would recommend writing out clear directions along with the invite. Other than than, Michele and Alec were awesome hosts and we would highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! Such a wonderful space with great energy. My fiancee and I recently had our engagement party here and it couldn't have gone any better. Everyone raved about the amazing view and the nice, tranquil energy of the place. It was very spacious yet super cozy and everyone felt really welcome. The host is very warm-hearted and understanding, and she made us feel really at home. I almost want to make up an excuse to throw an event here again!

Michele was an amazing host - extremely thoughtful and easy to communicate with. She's an experienced host and has a lovely home for it. The views are spectacular, and there is a great outdoor area around the house to enjoy it all. The house is located at the top of a little mountain, so there are windy roads to get there - some of our guests had a bit of a hard time finding it, but all good in the end. Michele was very accomodating and made our event all the better. We can't recommend the space enough, and would love to come back!
