Coffee shop space suitable for a multitude of uses. In the past we have hosted film and TV shoots (Inside Amy Schumer and What Would You Do among others), parties, meetings and other small gatherings, and musical events. We would be happy to discuss your specific use and needs. The shop is conveniently located near the 30th Avenue N/W line in Astoria with many amenities nearby. The space features large windows that provide great light, with 20' tall ceilings. We have a total of 24 seats in the space, but can and have accommodated a larger number of people. This is a functioning coffee shop by day, and published rates apply to rentals during non-business hours (after 8PM). We would be happy to negotiate rates for events that require use of the space during business hours, both partial day or full day. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
