All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Coffee shop space suitable for a multitude of uses. In the past we have hosted film and TV shoots (Inside Amy Schumer and What Would You Do among others), parties, meetings and other small gatherings, and musical events. We would be happy to discuss your specific use and needs. The shop is conveniently located near the 30th Avenue N/W line in Astoria with many amenities nearby. The space features large windows that provide great light, with 20' tall ceilings. We have a total of 24 seats in the space, but can and have accommodated a larger number of people. If you have any questions about our ability to accommodate your event outside of the listed parameters, please just ask - we would love to hear from you!

General Rules

We would ask for behavior and use according to agreements made for the use of the space prior to time of rental. In addition any applicable laws should be observed (for example, no under-age drinking, no smoking). We have found that each type of event is case by case based on needs and we will make sure that expectations are clear on both sides before completing arrangements. A few specifics: -No loud music / activity after 11PM -Rental rates include setup / teardown time and should be planned for accordingly -In some cases we may require insurance

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
