Event host have 3 dedicated parking spots in the rear of our building to enter the space through. There are 3 pay-per-hour lots that surround our location and metered street parking for your event guests. Parking in all of the lots are free after 8:00 p.m.

*Weekend bookings are billed at our standard booking rate of $90.00/hour and require a 3 hour minimum* Lighting and Photography equipment is available for rental. Please let us know what you would like to rent when submitting your booking request so we can add it to your rental. All renters must be at least 18 years of age and have valid forms of ID to reserve the Loft. BOOKING TIMES Setup and break down should be factored into your booking hours. You are expected to vacate completely by the end of your reservation time and our space does not allow for early entry for set-up. OVERTIME In accordance with Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. FOOD & BEVERAGE No food is allowed in the space for production events, only beverages. If you would like to bring in food items or if food is found in the space during your event, there will be an additional $35.00 cleaning fee. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES Weapons, illegal drugs and activities are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited including hookahs and hookah pens. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in including the location of furnishings. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Service dogs only. You will be notified of any additional fees incurred.
