Located in the heart of the Hyattsville Arts District, our creative space is approximately 800 square feet with the option to add on our outdoor space (800 sq ft) or our cozy den (400 sq ft included with 26-40 guests). We are a multimedia flex-use space dedicated to allowing creatives express and share their art with the world. The modern and intimate design of our space make it ideal for workshops, intimate parties, trainings, film shoots, performing arts, networking events, pop ups, dinners and art exhibitions. Make our loft as you want it! The possibilities are endless. Getting to The Loft is easy with close proximity to Routes 1 and 50. You'll have 35 dedicated parking spots for you and your guests. Loft Amenities: • Free use of 6ft folding tables and 30 folding chairs • Sonos Surround Sound (Spotify, Pandora, or shared Apple Music playlist) • Projectable 65" flat screen TV • High Speed Internet • Unisex Bathroom • Microwave • Refrigerator • HDMI Ports • Keurig Coffee Maker • Glass cocktail tables can be rented at an additional cost for standing room only events. *Our loft is not ADA accessible due to our second floor location*

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. What a beautiful space! Had my 50th Bday party and I wanted a lounge atmosphere and that is what i received. My guest were impressed and gave many compliments. The host Tamara, was very responsive with every question that i had and she is the sweetest person.

This space was absolutely perfect for my event! Extremely clean and cool when arrived. Abby was there to greet me when I arrived and was very helpful. Outside of my class that I was teaching, the attendees loved the venue itself, the decor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, etc. Everything was perfect and I loveeeeeee this space! I will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely wonderful from customer service to support and assistance during the event. It honestly felt like friends who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The space itself is beautiful and the furnitures and fixings are great quality. Our caterer was able to use the deep sinks for what she needed, and the sound system reached very high levels. I am already thinking about another event that I could have here. 10/10 highly recommend.
