Getting to our space is easy with its close proximity to Routes 1 and 50. There is street parking directly in front, pay per hour lots in close proximity, and dedicated parking spots for hosts. **Please note: Weekend bookings are billed at our standard booking rate of $125.00/hour and require a 4 hour minimum* Amenities: • White erase board • Keurig coffee maker & Coffee blends • Microwave • Mini fridge • Window view with natural light • Up to 20-person seating • Projectable 70″ Smart LED TV • HDMI port • Unisex bathroom •  6ft rectangular tables • 20 folding chairs *Our Loft is not ADA accessible due to our second floor location*

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. What a beautiful space! Had my 50th Bday party and I wanted a lounge atmosphere and that is what i received. My guest were impressed and gave many compliments. The host Tamara, was very responsive with every question that i had and she is the sweetest person.

This space was absolutely perfect for my event! Extremely clean and cool when arrived. Abby was there to greet me when I arrived and was very helpful. Outside of my class that I was teaching, the attendees loved the venue itself, the decor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, etc. Everything was perfect and I loveeeeeee this space! I will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely wonderful from customer service to support and assistance during the event. It honestly felt like friends who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The space itself is beautiful and the furnitures and fixings are great quality. Our caterer was able to use the deep sinks for what she needed, and the sound system reached very high levels. I am already thinking about another event that I could have here. 10/10 highly recommend.
