DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE CITY OF CHICAGO WE ARE RESTRICTED IN THE AMOUNT OF GUESTS EACH EVENT CAN HOST. UNTIL THE CITY LIFTS THOSE RESTRICTIONS PLEASE KEEP NOTE OF CURRENT RESTRICTIONS. This space is primarily used for Art Exhibitions and Art classes. This is a clean well kept space that is really perfect for birthdays, gender reveals, bridal showers and anniversary parties just to name some of the events that would work well in this space. We've also hosted paint and sips, team building events for businesses as well as photo shoots, yoga class, fundraisers, and demonstrations. Unless specified by the City of Chicago the space provides 36-45 adult chairs and 20 small children stools. There are 8 adjustable height tables that will fit children or adults. In addition are two incidental tables that can be used as gift tables, or in the work area for food or drink prep. The space has a utility sink and a bar top counter, mini fridge, Bluetooth speaker, microwave and one gender neutral bathroom. The space also comes with table lamps, floor lamps and track lighting which are all dimmable. We stock a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags. We also have some pretty awesome street parking!! Pop Ups or merchandising events or events that go past 9 p.m., include loud music or are open to the public are not appropriate as there are residences above the space. All event inquiries must give a clear description of what their event is. If an event is misrepresented it will be cancelled. We generally will not host an event past 9pm except under specific circumstances.

This place was very beautiful. I was greeted by two people who were very nice , and they did frequently pop up on us more times than expected , which I���ve personally never experienced from a peerspace booking. The atmosphere was calm, the space was very clean, and there was lots of parking at the time

Great space! Needed a last minute place for a baby shower and Audrey was a great host. Made sure the place was cleaned before we got there, made sure there everything was provided for us such as garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
