About the Space

We are three professional photographers and creative directors who have been using this incredible space to shoot commercial and personal photography work for the past 2.5 years. We have hosted local bands, poets, artists, corporate teams and individuals having networking events or birthday parties! My partners and I have produced photography out of this space for hundreds of brands and clients and consistently rent out to some of the biggest magazines in San Francisco for editorial shoots. We are open to your ideas and hope our space can provide you with creative flexibility and freedom!

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was accessible, and there was good space and privacy for the shoot. There's a good mix of daylight and other lighting possibilities. Parking was easy on a weekend-day.

Great studios, and great amenities you can rent. Cliff had very easy and clear check in instructions and parking wasn't hard at all around this area
