All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We are three professional photographers and creative directors who have been using this incredible space to shoot commercial and personal photography work for the past 2.5 years. We have hosted local bands, poets, artists, corporate teams and individuals having networking events or birthday parties! My partners and I have produced photography out of this space for hundreds of brands and clients and consistently rent out to some of the biggest magazines in San Francisco for editorial shoots. We are open to your ideas and hope our space can provide you with creative flexibility and freedom!

Parking is metered with free parking around nearby blocks.
General Rules
No smoking. Pets are fine. Alcohol and food is allowed. 25 people maximum in the space. If you have an event you must also hire someone to watch the door during the duration of any social event. Be respectful.

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Booking this studio was easy and painless. The host was very straightforward and transparent, which is a plus. Location offered tons of parking and was easy to get to. I rated it 4 stars because of how clean and accurately the photos represented. I would make it a 5 for the availability to use the seamless backgrounds and/or lights. I understand this is a business, but it would be a plus. Thank you so much for the accommodation and I would book in the future.
