In the heart of vibrant Pioneer Square, this underground urban space is located on Seattleʼs original street level. An (up to) 2700 square foot facility offers an amazing location and exemplary character. Brick supports, facades and archways and early post-industrial hardware connect our guests to historic Seattle tradition, while the close proximity of the stadiums, shops, cafés, and nightlife of downtown is unparalleled in our modern city. This emerald green gem is perfect for cocktail parties for 50-70, offering marble bistro tables and plenty of mingling space. * You may wish to add on our second room to up your capacity comfortably to 175 for the entire Knife Room subterranean space. The regular rental price is for our main space. You may select the Secondary Room in our Add-Ons section. * A small cabaret stage and sound system with a theater-style lighting package means live music can underscore or take center stage, and speakers will be well heard and lit. * Bistro table seating for 54 is included in the rental price, as is an iPod plug in to our house speaker system. We can also set up a microphone for you to use for announcements, included in the package rental. * The room can be reconfigured for full-sit down dining with additional table rental costs from our preferred local vendors. We cover the cost of our bartender's time for your event. We feature all mid-shelf quality liquors and higher - beer, wine, cider, and cocktails. -- OR -- * You can have an Open Bar for your guests (prices range as below). Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Absolutely loved this space! Terrific venue for a corporate offsite event for 70 people. Cozy without being cramped, and easily configurable with additional breakout spaces. Robin was great to work with, and very accommodating. The venue staff and owners were professional, very friendly and quite helpful throughout, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Parking can be expensive, but with easy access to public transportation, and a great location adjacent to Pioneer Square, it was a gem of a location steeped in Seattle history.
