The garage door entry opens directly into the main area for easy vendor access, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Furniture can be rearranged or removed with advance notice. Bring your own catering or rentals, or work with Peerspace vendors. The space is occupied by only myself on a regular basis and occasionally my daughter (7) who is homeschooled. When clients do come to view art on occasion it is done on an appointment basis with a strict mask on and physical distancing policy. We are keeping both our children home and my husband works from home. Both my husband and I have received our first vaccine shot 2/8/21 and will be having our 2nd booster shot Monday, March 1st. We also plan on having a test to have our antibodies for covid tested after two weeks of the 2nd shot to insure that we have sufficient immunity to the virus. We are very aware that just because we have been vaccinated this does not mean that we will do without PP gear and follow safety precaution. As far as my cleaning process I do clean the studio myself, this is part of my own personal process anyhow. I wipe down all surfaces with anti-bacterial and bleach products when it will not damage the surface. The studio has just been freshly painted and additional lighting has been installed.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
