Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - sink, refrigerator, large island and bar stools 2 private dining areas Pool table Shuffle board 3 HD TVs Media Room attached Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available onsite but it is limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Their was no one onsite upon arrival as stated in the document. Had to search around to get inside, refrigerator had mold, the amenities (pool table, movie room, shuffle board, etc) equipment was not avail even to be able to use. I called Lauren to let her know we were there and didn’t know where to go but I received a VM and no return call. I had questions on-site and no one to answer them. They allowed someone else from my party to sign my contract because she texted me about it the afternoon before the event (no call, and I didn’t get the text until 7pm. Not a good experience for the price I paid.

The booking process was seamless! The front desk consultant was very helpful and was very attentive to my needs. This space is very big and definitely is great for any of your needs!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Lauren was very professional and quick to respond to all my questions. My guest had an amazing time and my party was a success. The parking was okay, I paid for all my guest to park in the garage. But there is options to pay in the streets. I also had to string my own music and speakers, of which I did not mind.

Place looks like pictures. Scheduled a tour the weekend prior to event, just to drive over an hour and find out the space was occupied. Wasnt offered any compensation for wasting gas and time. I was super annoyed but willing to give second chance.
