All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This beautiful, partially furnished home is a great space for filming! Whether you need a large outdoor space or a transformable indoor space, this is your house! 1,480 square feet of home with over 7,000 square feet of land, the front and back yards are spacious. Lots of trees and green grass. Indoors, you will find two lovely rooms, one and a half baths, a spacious living room, modern kitchen and very unique den made of all wood, dark and a great t.v. room.
