- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Our elegant performance venue is multi-functional. Space can be used for music concerts/recitals, art shows, storytelling, small theater production, dance/yoga classes, and more. We are located just steps away from El Cerrito Plaza. OMG from the first call Andrew was a 5 star host. Assured me he could help with my one day notice for booking. We showed up and Andrew and his team were awsome. Andrew asked what I needed, kitchenette, table & chairs, sound sytem, restrooms all offered and clean. The space was purfect for my 35 guest. Seating tables, food table and plenty of mingling/dance space. My family loved it. Definitely will rent again
