About the Space

Voted 2022 BEST EVENT SPACE by El Cerrito City of Commerce. Our elegant venue is multi-functional. Space can be used for music concerts/recitals, art shows, storytelling, small theater production, dance/yoga classes, and more. We are located just steps away from El Cerrito Plaza. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

Andrew was an amazing host! He helped make sure we were well set-up for our music showcase, and ensured the sound system was in working shape. He was also easily reachable via the phone. The venue itself is a nice space - perfect for an intimate performance to an audience of ~30-40. There are also two bathrooms, so no one had issues waiting. The mirror and recording studio rooms also give the space a lot of versatility for any future activities (e.g., dance performances, recording). Overall, would recommend!

Very nice space! Good light and plenty of room for our group. Great space for dance practice.Everyone enjoyed it. Andrew was nice and easy to reach.

OMG from the first call Andrew was a 5 star host. Assured me he could help with my one day notice for booking. We showed up and Andrew and his team were awsome. Andrew asked what I needed, kitchenette, table & chairs, sound sytem, restrooms all offered and clean. The space was purfect for my 35 guest. Seating tables, food table and plenty of mingling/dance space. My family loved it. Definitely will rent again
