All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Located in Historic Adair Park, we would love to help you with a small event or wedding. currently events are very limited to follow all the safety standards set forth by the CDC to ensure the safety of all. Please message us for any and all questions. we would love to work with you! baby showers bridal showers cocktail parties corporate gatherings and training workshops up to 20 dinner parties up to 8 indoor and 18 outdoor photo shoots of all varieties we look forward to hosting you!

we sit between two residential streets where anyone can park and walk about a block. use of the driveway for load in and out is totally fine but if your event involves alcohol, we strongly encourage everyone to use ride shares for the safety of all.
General Rules
- We believe in inclusivity and celebrate diversity of all kinds. As such, any hate speech will not be tolerated. The use of hate speech will result in immediate termination or reservation and immediate dismissal from the property. No refunds.
- We require that any preparation of food or drinks be carried out by professional caterer's and barstaff who are licensed to do so. Self-service bars are STRICTLY prohibited. If you need a referral for catering or bar service, we are happy to refer you to those we recommend.
- No unregistered guests are permitted on the property without a host’s expressed permission and presence.
- Candles, air freshers, and Incense are forbidden.
- We are here to help! Do not help yourself.If you need something, let us know. we will be happy to provide and accommodate you.
- Use of the kitchen is strictly negotiated according to event and wether or not a caterer is used.
- Do not move or rearrange any furniture or fixture in the house without expressed permission of the host.
-No guests permitted under the age of 21.
- no tacks or nails or staples in the walls or woodwork. If it can't be hung with scotch tape, leave it at home.
- We encourage you to always ask permission instead of forgiveness. We are far more accommodating to those who are respectful to our home.
- No Glitter. No guns.
