we sit between two residential streets where anyone can park and walk about a block. use of the driveway for load in and out is totally fine but if your event involves alcohol, we strongly encourage everyone to use ride shares for the safety of all.

we have 8' windows on all exterior walls, we face due east so we have southern and northern light all day.

our house is very quiet, as it is two layers of hand packed brick and plaster from 1860. very quiet.

there are entrances in both the back and front of the house and can be accessed easily for anything that could need to be brought in.

You will be billed for early arrival and late departure in half hour increments of $200. - Use of the kitchen is strictly negotiated according to the production and wether or not a caterer is used. Production should bring coolers for drinks and snacks. - Furniture and fixtures may be moved with host's permission. - We ask that all craft services can be consumed in the dining room, kitchen and on the back patio. No eating on the upholstery - The house is decorated for Christmas from thanksgiving day until new years eve. the decorations are neutral and non-religious in nature, moving of the tree or garland must be negotiated PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. - Cancellation policy stands regardless of weather. - No tacks or nails or staples in the walls or woodwork. If it can't be hung with scotch tape, leave it at home. - We encourage you to always ask permission instead of forgiveness. We are far more accommodating to those who are respectful to our home. - No Glitter. No confetti. No guns.
