About the Space
We have a 3,500 SF coastal plantation home with custom details throughout: herringbone kitchen tile, custom wallpapering, wide plank flooring, custom lighting, reclaimed wood built-ins and accents, shiplap, board & batten, hanging chairs, custom fireplace tiling and an incredible open floor plan with indoor/outdoor living connecting the kitchen, 9' reclaimed wood dining table, family room and outdoor area with reclaimed wood BBQ, stone fireplace and Lanai-covered patio. Our property is located in Coastal Encinitas with tremendous curb appeal and attractive landscaping. Our property is a fantastic backdrop for photoshoots off all kinds and social gathers in our backyard space. We have two nearby dining tables that can seat 10 guests indoors and 8 guests outdoors plus 4 counter chairs at our kitchen island. We have living room seating for 6, which has doors that open up to our outdoor dining table and seating for 6 more near our fireplace. Our backyard has a good amount of open space and our open floorplan can easily accommodate 40+ guests. Ideal home for lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, photoshoots, filmed interviews, product shoots, promo videos, and more!
