About the Space

Bright daylight studio with high 13.5 feet ceilings, over 50 feet of south-western exposed windows. Perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video, photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events.​ Amenities include Broncolor lighting, Matthews grip equipment, Hollywood makeup station, clothing racks, steamer, air blower, mini fridge, bluetooth audio, set cart. Freight Elevator is right outside of the studio space.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Mike was great! Very understanding to our needs. My makeup artist was late and I was the last to shoot being that I’m the creative director. Mike allowed my team to pay for another 30mins. There was a group behind us but they were understanding as well. The only thing we had an issue with was Mike’s partner, once he came around we felt rushed an unwelcome. I would recommend that they dusted off the prop’s and sanitize the room after each use. Maybe not book back to back to give them 30mins to put the room back in order. Other than that my team enjoyed the space ! 🙏🏽
