About the Space
This modern loft is fantastic for photoshoots, short term art exhibitions, meditation gatherings, yoga classes and holistic healing gatherings. This is a two floor loft, only the FIRST FLOOR is for rent, 600 sq ft space with 20 ft high ceilings *****NOTICE RATE DIFFERENCES****** $50/hr is for still photography productions 1-4 people. $60/hr for bookings of 5-8 people including all film productions. $70/hr for all bookings 9-12 people. * 1 parking spot in gated parking, street cleaning on Monday's and Tuesday's. Please read the signs. * Beautiful ambient natural light in South facing windows. * Versatile wall options in the main area. Concrete on one side and white walls on the other * A dreamy Bali bathroom with banana leaf wallpaper for great product shoots * Rain shower bathroom with real plants in the background * Ground floor entry for easy access * Industrial, metal spiral staircase * Main area includes a large wood table with 4 chairs and portable kitchen island * Free Wi-Fi * Bluetooth Speaker * Central A/C * Free Coffee & Tea * The space is not soundproof, not feasible for any noise sensitive events. MEDITATION GATHERINGS Tea and tea cups available for up to 12 people **I am offering meditation and sound healing for additional cost** PAINTING CLASSES Gallery hanging system is in place for small group shows or display of your art while you teach a class. 8 Easels are provided 8 Painting palettes Seating area for break time ** I am offering to teach a painting class to your group for additional cost**

Wow. What a beautiful space!!! I've been looking for the perfect space to hold sound healings and I've finally found it. The energy and the atmosphere here is the perfect place for a sound healing. Elmira herself provided the sound healing. Her energy was in alignment with everything I imagined it to be. Incredibly peaceful and supportive. I appreciate her so much and I'm so glad to have found her. You will love this space and want to come back again once you've visited her.
