- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
Beautiful, open dance space perfect for your next event, such as a dance exhibition, music video shoot, or auditions. Larger rehearsals or events that generate a lot of noise (live music accompanying dancing) are also appropriate. This studio space includes an additional seating area with couches and side tables, high top tables, a wired sound system, and adjustable lighting. Can fit forty or so people comfortably as an event space; our event rentals include the use of six banquet tables and thirty chairs. We also permit light fare and snacks at this rental level; however, full catering and alcohol are not allowed. . Our facility has central air and heat, large changing area, full kitchen, free wifi, easy street parking and some free parking spaces. The studio is also ADA compliant and has a ramp as well as accessible stalls in each of our two bathrooms. See a list of our full inventory at swaydancechicago.com/inventory.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
