Diane L. booked a birthday party for 40 people
the space is nice, the management was willing to work with us during our event with noise level as we had music playing till 11pm, an hour past our 10pm cut off which was greatly appreciated. We paid quite a bit for this space to be private, however we had to share certain areas with different parties/renters, which is not something I knew prior to my event and might've affected my decision on renting the space altogether (the kitchen space was shared with another party that was also renting out the kitchen space and people were constantly going in and out to enter their office/studio spaces). Also, the operator/owner of the space walked around frequently throughout our time there which provided for a very different environment for us. He wasn't invasive but his presence was felt within our party nonetheless as he did frequent patrolling of the spaces we were occupying.
