About the Space
Great space for photo shoots, film, training seminars, small corporate brain storming meetings. Use your imagination, you may have thought of a use that we haven't. Just a phone call to the owner to see if its possible. It is a large open barn with a fenced outdoor arena. Adjacent is the fully enclosed indoor pool with spa tub and adjacent meeting space. Pool area has heat and AC. There is also a great opportunity for the use of the onsite professional canine trainer and her dogs. She happens to be the host. Those rates are not included in the hourly rate and must be negotiated and adjusted based on the details.

Very Pet friendly. No smoking in any of the buildings. Alcohol allowed with pre-approval and supplied by a caterer.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
