All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Available for rent is a conference room with a large wooden table (with glass top) and comfortable adjustable chairs. The room does have access to a large screen, speakers and a large wipe board. The area is airconditioned and has windows that can be opened or closed. WiFi is available. - The table cannot be moved due to its weight. - There isn't access to a network or computer, you would need to bring your own to hook up to the large screen monitor. Space is right off Pfingsten Road in Deerfield and close to great restaurants and business locations.

General Rules

- No smoking. - No loud music. - Table cannot be moved (due to weight) - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. - Guests must provide additional insurance. - All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
