Harvest Moon: A Tiny Farmhouse in the Chicago Suburbs

The Harvest Moon House is a hidden gem in Wilmington, IL, a small farm town about an hour outside of Chicago. Harvest Moon is tucked beneath towering oak trees on a quarter acre lot. It's an official tiny house on wheels, so it's limited to about 400 sq ft of inside space. We created the floorplan and interior design of this house over the course of several years and have thought through each small detail. Harvest Moon is outfitted with traditional farmhouse features, such as a white apron sink, dark wood accents throughout, white shiplap siding, and natural textures. There are 13 windows and doors in this small house creating the opportunity for tons of natural daylight. In addition to the tiny, we've created numerous outdoor areas - a patio over half the length of the house with patio furniture and decor, two firepits for summertime cookouts, hammocks for lounging, and a small vegetable garden. The Harvest Moon House is the perfect location to hold photo shoots, create music videos, or capture other staging events.
