Our space offers a luxury meeting space with a round table, 6 chairs, access to roof top exterior, coat hanging dresser, side desk for display items and high-speed internet. For $20 additional per meeting, you can also reserve for 63" monitor, projector, kitchen, and coffee & tea. See details below. SET UP: This PENTHOUSE SYDNEY ROOM is on the PenHouse (PH) level, on the 6th floor of the building. Guests come in and take elevator to PH floor, and through the reception area, and then enter into the meeting room. 6 chairs are set up around the conference table. There is a side table with cabinets and dresser for storage. Additional 6 chairs are available upon request. Reception area, bathroom, kitchen, locker room for storage are on the same floor.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
