About the Space

Our adorable and sun-filled casita is the ideal spot for a simple photo shoot or a relaxing place to brain-storm. The studio contains one main space for living and sleeping as well as a kitchenette and a shower/bath. The atmosphere is clean and serene and is complimented with a mid-century modern decor. White wood furniture with black metal accents and vibrant green plants leave you feeling relaxed and focused in our calming space. Different areas in the studio provide you with a simple dining space, a low and grounded living space, as well as a cozy yet spacious laying space. Comfortably, about 6-8 people may sit or stand in the casita.

HOUSE RULES Do not give door code to anyone not booked in your group. No more guests are allowed to spend the night than booked through reservation. Additional guests should be gone by 10pm. Please remove shoes upon entry. No open fires, candles, etc. Quiet hours are at 10pm. Please be courteous of your neighbors. They have families and enjoy sleep. If you want to party, I can recommend a number of places to go. NO VISITORS To preserve the environment for our other guests as well as our neighbors, only confirmed guests are allowed on the property. No one else (including visitors) is permitted without our written consent. The number of guests is closely monitored and documented 24/7 by video cameras around the property. Guests not adhering to this house rule will be reported to Airbnb and the guests' stay will be immediately terminated without refund. NO SMOKING Our property is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. KITCHEN The fridge is mini. There is also a mini freezer inside of it. You are welcome to any beverages, condiments, kitchen supplies, etc. that are here when you arrive. If you want to cook while you are here, please do with the microwave or toaster oven. Just be sure to wash the dishes and please clean up any food messes you make. Trashcan is located next to the sink. MAIN LIVING SPACE The leather couch in the living room can be turned into a full-size futon. To use the futon, push the back of the piece up towards the front (you will hear a click) and then let down. Put your muscles into it (but please don’t break the bed). To restore to couch simply lift the back up until it catches. Please use coasters and be mindful of spills on every piece of equipment. BATHROOM There is 1 bathrooms in this studio. Please use the plunger provided when necessary. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. There are trashcans in the bathroom for everything else.There should be enough towels for the guests in your group, should you need more towels you can locate them in the bed storage drawers.
