About the Space
A 900 sqf space with a good sized kitchen. Studio is in great condition. Kitchten offers huge working areas and has all major kitchen appliances as well as small kitchen appliances such as Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster oven, micro wave and more. Loft space is L-shaped 35' x 12' with new wooden floors. Client area with a table seating 8 people. 55" screen with Apple TV for client approval. 1 flight walk up. No elevator.

The space was great ,clean and comfortable . My clients felt right at home and Charlie helped me with whatever I needed . The whole process went smoothly. And I was able to just concentrate on the photography . It was perfect.

Great space and great host. Charlie is also a creative. Got a chance to chat about projects etc. The space had everything that we needed - and some! It's also good to note that additional film gear is able to be rented. We lugged our own lights over but ill definitely consider renting in the future. Looking forward to using this space again. Charlie's space was 5 stars and he was a 5 star host. The space has everything you would could possibly need for a food shoot at a rate that is hard to beat in Manhattan. Charlie was professional, attentive, thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Open floor plan, updated kitchen, modern technology, clean bathroom and a small office space...what more could you ask for?
