Perfect to record vocals or instruments and plenty of space for at least 8 guest in studio and we also have a lounge and kitchen for your guest as well.Led lights that change colors for what ever mood you are in.Great place to film or get pictures in recording studio. Plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance.420 friendly to help keep the creative energy flowing.We also have gated parking and basketball court in back.
