All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
***Recent Condo Remodel*** Downtown Industrial Loft with amazing views of the city. My loft has windows that wrap around the whole unit which creates spectacular natural lighting. In addition to the unit, guests will have access to the pool, gym and laundry area. The laundry area is pretty vintage and could add a cool touch to any art being created - if needed. The unit was just remodeled but still filling some spaces. Feel free to bring any props you may need.

Parking description
Guest parking is accessible on Currier Street which is in the back of the building. You will need to get buzzed in and guest parking is at the very top of the parking deck, which isn't covered. There are signs labeled as "Renaissance Loft Guest Parking". Once you park you will see glass sliding doors which gets you into the building but you will need to be buzzed in. To get buzzed in at the parking gate: dial 183, call Same for the main entrance if you use uber, etc.

General Rules
Closet and bed are off limits! No shoes allowed past the bedroom. Music, Drinking, and pets are allowed as long as they are kept after and as long as they are your own. Hookah is allowed & I also own one if needed to use. Please do not move furniture or plants around without confirming with me first.

I wouldn’t rent this house again, although it was nice from the outside the inside was not as clean . No toilet paper or a hand towel to dry my hands . I booked for two hours I only stayed for 20 minutes. The host was really nice gave great directions etc I just wish the house was cleaner .
