We prefer guests to take off their shoes in the two main studio spaces (cubbies are provided.) Food and drinks can be discussed on a case by case basis but we usually only allow water in a closed container. Pets would be on a case by case basis as we are not a residential space.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Two 1600 square ft, wide open rooms, A massage room, an additional 16x16 "office " space that is beautifully decorated and two bathrooms. The main yoga room holds up to 65 yoga mats, more than 100 folding chairs or people seated on the floor. (we have enough blankets, bolsters or cushions to seat appx 100) The second yoga room holds slightly less people but has a fully mirrored wall. Our massage room is a lovely, cozy room with a hydraulic massage table, rolling stool, ceiling fan and dimming lights. Our studio space will work for yoga classes, fitness classes, dance classes and small events!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
