All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Quite office space with desks, chairs, good natural and artificial lightning, (phone, scanner, high speed internet, lobby, large backyard for walks, kitchen). Many good restaurants, bars, and other businesses. One office can fit 3 to 4 gusts can fit comfortably and lobby can be used with several chairs. Also, the kitchen has a nice round table for lunch and can be used for gusts as well.

General Rules

Other office space is used for counseling services. We ask that you are respectful. Other wise feel free to enjoy the office and the surrounding space.
