We are a contactless space which means there are no key exchanges or a need to physically meet in person. Renters are provided a keyless entry code to access the building during the rented time. Please view our virtual walkthrough: https://youtu.be/MYEZtk6Z_Zg Our intimate space is perfect for dinner events, family baby showers, pop-up shops, Co-working, Real Estate Closings, Business Meetings, Photoshoots and Workshops! Wifi is included in your rental. The front space features a gorgeous stone accent wall which is the perfect backdrop for photoshoots. In addition, the front space is perfect for hosting workshops, tutorials and demonstrations. Additional uses are permitted, just inquire. The back conference room is perfect for podcasts, Realestate closings and business meetings. The space seats 25 guests in the front office and up to 6 additional guests in the conference room. Standing only, the space can accommodate approx 30 guests. White folding tables and white folding chairs are included in all rentals (6ft rectangle tables, 4ft square tables). Linen is NOT included. Located off Ridge Avenue in Roxoborough, this space is also convenient to Target, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Due to the age of the building, we are not required to be ADA compliant and therefore are not wheelchair accessible.

My experience with the host Wetonia was pleasant and professional. The space was as advertised. It perfect for small engagement of 25 people or less. Table and chairs are provided, but the seating against the wall was plus. We had a birthday party at this space and it was great. We booked for 3.5 but really only need 3 because we broke down and cleaned up and kick everyone out early, lol. We Set up, ordered Domino’s pizza from down the street, played a few games, sang happy birthday eat cake and cleaned up was done in 3 hours. It was great and I would definitely book again and I’m gonna recommend this space to all my family and friends. Thanks again Wetonia for everything, we greatly appreciate it.

The space was perfect. We had an intimate memorial for our mom. The host emailed access instructions and was very responsive when we had questions. She even left us flowers-which was very kind. Everyone thought the space and location was perfect-convenient shopping in the event we forgot something. This was a great space to honor our mother.
