All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Wedding, Reunion, Business meeting, or Country Dance. 900 square foot space with wifi, 12 ft ceilings, lots of outlets, all original real wood floors, large windows, full kitchen with ice machine, full bath, stage for events; Bose sound system. Romantic lighting, perfect really for any event. Space includes a massage and nail spa, by appt. only. Climate controlled, quite, private. Nearby 2 major highways, and close to towns for convience. Houses 20 comfortably, easily. Can house just 2 if your looking for a getaway.

General Rules

Leave it as you found it. Be mindful of the fixtures, sound system. My husband and I spent the last 4 yrs. renovating. Its a beautiful space full of natural pine and cedar wood.
