Jamie S. booked a group workshop for 10 people
This space is so incredibly beautiful, even better than the pictures. Each room is gorgeous in its own way. And the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a great coffee maker (very important for me) and a ton of serving platters and bowls. Having multiple rooms was perfect for my event as I had break-out groups. There were plenty of extra chairs and floor pillows. And the communication with the host was timely and clear and really helpful. I can't recommend this space enough, everything was topnotch.

This was the first year we have rented someones home to host our families Chistmas Eve gathering. Not gonna lie was a little nervous if the whole fam was on board with it. It turned out to be a great success! The house had a great layout, plenty of room. Will definitely be doing this again next year. Thank you for sharing butterfly house with us. Jenn Hammerquist

I highly recommend the butterfly house. It is a gorgeous, well furnished and stocked house in the heart of SE Portland. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Chip and Gabriel answered all of our questions and Gabriel was at the house to welcome us and show us around. Julie & Erick Ulferts

The Butterfly House & Gardens was a dreamy venue for my wine club holiday party! The host was very helpful and the follow up from the owners of the property was very thoughtful. As for the space itself, it was perfect for our event and all my guest commented on what an amazing location and space it was. The house has a great kitchen and the flow of the common rooms set up really well for all my guests to socialize and move around. I would highly recommend The Butterfly House & Garden and look forward to hosting more events there.
Elizabeth B. booked a baby shower for 20 people
This is such a lovely venue. Everyone loved it and asked how I found it. Chip, Tami and Gabriel were all very helpful and accommodating. It was centrally located for all our guests. It was such an intimate and peaceful place. We also loved the architecture, the beauty of the furnishings and lovely stain glass windows. I would definitely recommend this venue.
Kelly B. booked a meeting for 6 people
We needed a place for an intense business meeting. Needed to be away from headquarters and avoid interruption. The Victorian House was perfect for us. It had a calming homey atmosphere and a very welcoming kitchen, dining room table. This home actually took the "edge off" the intense work. Thank you to Chip and Gabriel for being so accessible and quick to respond to anything.
