About the Space

A coffee and retail shop with an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, window storefront, beautifully treated concrete floors, wood counters and tabletops, clean lines, warm and inviting. Great warm open space for events, parties, celebrations. Easy street parking, but it is metered, except on Sundays and holidays. can fit 60 people comfortably

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

We had such a great experience at the York Blvd Cafe. The whole team was super accommodating and helped make our shoot day go so smoothly. Communication was great as well! Would love to use this space again.
