- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had on Peerspace. They don’t pick up calls at all. We were there on time. They never showed up on time. Finally they pick up my call and gave me stupid excuses. They don’t even know how to access the damn roof top. The list goes on but you get the idea. I would never recommend booking with them for any future project.

Great space with an awesome view of Downtown. There are plenty of locations to shoot on the rooftop and L.R. was great at accomodating our needs for our shoot day.
