Parking Instructions: There is plenty free parking in front/across the street from the property most days of the week. * Parking restrictions are on our side of the street on Thursdays 1pm-3pm & across the street on Wednesdays 1:00 pm to 3pm. Unloading Instructions: Black gate has a kick stand to keep gate open for loading & unloading. Please do not tamper with the dead bolt in any way when loading/unloading or we will have to charge a replacement fee of $250. The black gate will be unlocked during the shoot.

We look forward to hosting you! Our place is available for photo and video shoots with crews no larger than 20 people total (including talent). Booked rental time includes set up and takedown time. Please observe rules & regulations when booking our property: - Crew to wear masks whenever possible - Pool use is included in booking fee. If you want to use the pool, please bring your own towels. - Pool can be heated for an extra charge of $100 (with 24h advance notice). - Please use rubber feet on any equipment to avoid scratching wood floors. - Please avoid stepping on the rug in living room with any shoes. - Please avoid leaning equipment or any other items against any walls. - No smoking on the premises. - No consumption of alcohol on the premises. - No loud outdoor music. - No full nudity. - Keep black entry gate closed at all times, except for loading/unloading purposes. - No tampering of deadbolt of black gate for loading/unloading please. There will be a $250 replacement fee if the gate deadbolt is tampered with during the photo/video shoot. - Owners and staff will be working from the garage office during production. In case of any damage to property or crew during the shoot, production company will be liable, including for any of its representatives, employees, or agents. Thank you!

Requires owner's approval and needs to be put back before shoot ends. Furniture needs to be hand carried vs. dragged when moving.
