Guests are responsible for their use of the swimming pool. The pool does not have a light.
Outside food and alcohol are welcomed but must be approved.

You must remove all your trash to the dumpsters on-site and leave the property in the same condition that you found it in.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This historic ranch is located 20 miles outside of Granbury and 50 miles outside of Fort Worth. A newly remodeled Homestead sits atop a hill that overlooks the surrounding area with clear views of Comanche Peak. For an additional cost, guests may have access to the lake for fishing or bicycles for trail riding. The main house features stunning views from picture windows, a billiard room, and a unique collection of local art. It also has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms-2 king rooms, 3 queen rooms, and 1 bunk room that can accommodate overnight events. We can provide options for local caterers or onsite private chefs. We can provide seating and tables for 200 guests.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
