An Old World charm (with a modern touch) space located in the historical part Jackson Square part of downtown SF. The space is naturally well lit and with unique artisan detailing. This is the prime location with a capital P. The space sits one block from the Transamerica Pyramid between North Beach and the Fidi in a historical Jackson Square neighborhood, and still remains one of the quietest streets downtown with a European, East Coast feeling. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Too many good things to say about this space and hosts. We hosted our Leadership Offsite for 20 people and each leader gave me huge props for finding this gem on Peer Space! Quiet neighborhood, amazing lighting in the main room, easy to move furniture for break out sessions in the main room, also a second room in the back for more break out sessions and for setting up breakfast and lunch. The host was kind enough to let me do some set up the day before which for an EA is a godsend. Definitely will recommend this space to my EA network. :) Thank you Denis and Kris!

The space was as described and met our needs. The tech worked, lovely location, and generally clean. A few areas for improvement: -The chairs in the gallery room were strange. Hard to tell if they were broken or worked as intended... If you lean back at all the seat shifts and it feels like you're about to fall over! -There were so many fruit flies. This was the biggest issue, it was really distracting. Made it feel not very clean. -Kitchen sink water barely trickled out. The kitchen was also a bit dirty and smelly. Overall I would book again. Pretty minor issues overall. More passing along as feedback for the host.

This space is absolutely amazing! We held a workshop here and it was so nice to have a huge room where we could break up into groups and use the walls and projectors. Then, we had the front room with tons of light that just felt great. We would love to book this space absolutely anytime.

472 Jackson was a perfect place to host our visiting overseas delegate. The building oozes w/ history and the neighborhood provide the perfect backdrop that is uniquely San Francisco. Denis and his team are super responsive, helpful and overall gracious hosts. The video setup is a breeze. There was enough chairs and desks for our work session. The front room is perfect for mingling w/ almost all-glass storefront (next time I will set up food there instead!). The backroom is quite and dark enough for projectors. Will definitely book again.
