About the Space
Gorgeous, spacious loft space in the heart of Pioneer Square. (please read all of description) PERFECT FOR: photo + film shoots, lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, product shoots and much more. WHAT YOU GET: Beautiful room with 16ft tall ceilings, epic arched window, plenty of natural light, brick walls + hardwood floors, access to restroom and the option to use any of the furniture/plants/props in the space in your shoot. Images 1-10 show the studio (and props) available for rent. Images 10-on show the back living and dining room. If you looking for kitchen access or are looking to utilize both the studio as well as the living room space (with the green velvet couches and long wooden table), reach out and we can create a custom package that works with your needs. PLEASE READ: - the unit is up a flight of stairs and there's sadly no elevator, so please take this into consideration - this is a LIVE/work loft space, meaning I and my partner live here and will likely be on-site. We just moved into the space at the start of July so odds are either he or I will be around, either working or cleaning/building up the space. The loft, however, is large enough and has a sliding tinted door in between the back half and the front, so noise transfer and overall privacy will likely not be an issue! - Please feel free to use any and all furniture/props in the space, but be sure to leave the room exactly as you found it. - There may be others using the space immediately following your rental, so please take set-up and cleaning time into consideration to fit within your rental period. - Questions/concerns?
